Inspection
SB 326 & SB 721
We have completed over 100 property inspections and reports at various multifamily buildings on Exterior Elevated Elements (EEEs) throughout the state of California. Our team of talented architects, engineers and designers, led by the esteemed Principal Architect Matthew R. Johnston, possesses a deep and profound understanding of steel and wood framed construction elements, including balconies, walkways, and stairways.
